One of the core five specialties (Deep, Wreck, Night, Drift, Drysuite) most people are excited to learn when diving cold water. In this course, you will, alongside your instructor, experience four dives deeper than 100ft (30m) while staying within recreational depth and no stop limits. This is one of our favorite courses to teach! This PADI specialty course intended for divers who want to:
Become a better diver
Get proper training to get access to deeper wrecks of Great Lakes
Get training and experience with your computer's deep dive critical read outs such as No Deco Limits (No Stop Limits) and deep safety stop
Once payment has been made, you will receive an email with a link to your eLearning material. Studying online offers amazing flexibility as you study at your own pace and use interactive platform developed by PADI. Please commit 2-4 hours for Deep Diver Specialty eLearning. eLearning must be completed before we engage in Open Water dives. Instructor will support you during eLearning if required.
There will be total of four open water shore dives. We will do our Open Water dives over two weekends. We will put together dive schedule logistics considering weather and participants' schedule, but usually we do these dives on Saturdays. This course qualifies as one of the specialties towards your Master Scuba Diver accreditation.
