**Cancellation Policy**

At Newhorizons Scuba Diving School, we understand that life is full of unexpected changes. Consequently, we’ve established a cancellation policy designed with flexibility in mind, allowing you to navigate any adjustments in your schedule with ease.

**Class Cancellations**

If you find it necessary to cancel your class registration, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event. This advance notice enables us to offer your spot to another eager diver and maintain our commitment to providing an exceptional experience for all our students. Cancellations made within the 48-hour window may incur a fee, as we often incur costs in advance for resources and staffing.  Please note, we can not cancel or refund PADI eLearning classes or equipment rental.

**Transfer Policy**

Should you wish to transfer your registration to a different date, we can accommodate such changes, provided we receive your request at least 48 hours in advance. This option allows you to reschedule your diving class while still enjoying the benefits of your original booking.  Please note, we can not transfer PADI eLearning classes

**Refund Policy**

In the case of cancellations made outside the 48-hour window, we are happy to offer a full refund. However, if cancellations occur within 48 hours of the scheduled class, a partial refund may be issued, taking into account any expenses already incurred. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and therefore, we strive to handle each cancellation on a case-by-case basis, keeping your best interests in mind.  Please note, we can not cancel or refund PADI eLearning classes or equipment rental.

**Weather-Related Cancellations**

We are keenly aware of how weather conditions can impact diving plans. In the event that severe weather affects scheduled classes, we will inform all participants promptly. Should we cancel due to unsafe conditions, we will make best attempt to reschedule to the next best available date.  Please note, we can not cancel or refund PADI eLearning classes or equipment rental.

**Communication**

To maintain clarity and ensure everyone is informed, all cancellations or requests to reschedule must be communicated in writing and followed up by a phone call or text message.
